To use our services, you need to download our mobile application for Android or iPhone users, or visiting any of our 5 branches across Qatar. You need to register with us and complete your KYC verification. Our dedicated Customer Service team will guide for any queries.
We charge a flat fee of QAR 20 for each money transfer transaction, regardless of the amount, which may vary on basis of destination. We also charge a currency conversion fee, which is included in the exchange rate shown on our app or social media. We do not charge any hidden fees or commissions for using our services.
The maximum amount depends on your KYC level and the destination country. You can check your limit on our app or contact our customer support for more information. We may ask you for supporting documents, such as proof of income, source of funds, or purpose of transfer, for some transactions, as per the regulation of Qatar Central Bank.
The delivery time of your money transfer depends on the destination country, the delivery method, and the bank or agent network. Generally, it takes between a few minutes to a few hours for your money to reach your recipient. You can contact our customer support for any queries or issues regarding your transfer.
You can exchange foreign currency by visiting any of our branches. You can choose from a range of currencies, such as USD, EUR, GBP, INR, PHP, and more. You can see the live exchange rates on Branch rate boards, or ask our staff for the latest rates. You can pay for your currency exchange using your Qatari debit card or cash. You can receive your exchanged currency in cash.
You can cancel or modify your money transfer by contacting respective branches or our customer support team. However, you can only do this before the money has been paid out to your recipient. Once the money has been paid out, you cannot cancel or modify your transfer. We may charge you a cancellation or modification fee, depending on the status and details of your transfer.
